Cynthia's journey to fame began when she moved to New York in order to develop into a fashion designer. Then she moved towards Paris and Milan in which she appeared on the runways of Paris Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week. Cynthia was able to spend almost a full year abroad. After her return, her popularity skyrocketed. Cynthia was commissioned to do advertisements for Maybelline Oil of Olay Macy's. Soon, editorials appeared within Vogue, Glamour and Elle magazines.
